ArtBanc^® has created a flexible and dynamic dealer program of services, including the first global trading and point of sale financial service platforms designed for the international fine art dealer market.   Admission of dealers and works of fine art to this closed trading platform is restricted to qualifying dealers and works of fine art.   The trading platform enhances dealer trading opportunities by allowing qualifying dealers immediate access to a global market place of other dealers and their network of collectors, buyers and relationships.     Additionally, the point of sale financial services of buyer financing and insurance services offered by ArtBanc^® through the global   dealer network are an enhancement to facilitate the buying and selling process via the trading platform.   Dealers admitted to the trading and point of sale platforms receive enhanced revenue opportunities and access to other cost savings benefits.   There is no cost for admission to the trading and point of sale dealer programs.

In addition to the dealer programs designed to enhance the revenue and profit opertunities for international dealers and the structured finance programs to meet dealer financing needs, ArtBanc^® has also used its negotiating power in the international market to negotiate preferential rates on several support services widely used by all dealers and other market participants, including domestic and international shipping rates for fine art, domestic and international small package shipping, insurance and technology and communication services.

In combination with our due diligence and provenance research services, we also provide title insurance and other specialty insurance   products designed to mitigate the risk associated with change of ownership transactions.   These insurance products have been specifically created by ArtBanc^® for the benefit of collectors, buyers, sellers, dealers and museums to enhance the ability to facilitate change of ownership transactions and to secure bank financing within the international market.

Sell Side Representation for Collectors, Collections and Estates

ArtBanc^® provides individuals, collectors, collections and estates seeking to sell works of fine art an array of financial and disposition options with respect to the sale of an individual work or an entire collection.  Sell side representation transactions are represented on a confidential basis by our ArtBankers through our proprietary global trading platform to major international fine art dealers and their represented clients both in the US and Europe.  We offer numerous options on such representation including either a guaranteed cash price, advances against works being offered for sale, and private auction of the works to optimal buyers in the international market place.  Under our sell side representation engagements, we guarentee no conflicts of interest and complete independence on our representation.

Research Services

ArtBanc^® is one of the few financial firms that performs and publishes economic research on the fine art economy.  Our extensive research capabilities, proprietary data collection methods and expertise provides for the first time comprehensive economic information on the fine art economy and the participants within that economy.   Additionally, our research groups in New York and London perform specialty research, authentication, provenance, valuation and other critical research services directed at the due diligence of buying, selling, financing and insuring fine art.
